Moving up a Row

Put the end of the rope behind the beginning of that row.

Make Sure and go behind the first rope which will set you up for your next diamond.

These are your next two ropes that will be involved for making a diamond

Go over the ropes and then back up between them

Then, go behind both ropes

If done correctly, when pulled, The ropes should flip over each other and hold in place

I use a Hand Cleat for pulling Diamonds

Wrapping around a stick can also work

Do not try to pull the diamond straight on. Turning the drum so you pull at  a side ways angle gives you better leverage

The next two ropes will be involved for creating a Diamond

Over both and up between the two

Pulling diamonds for Tuning

Then behind both and Pull till it snaps over
